Cross Town Band self-released their debut album POINT OF VIEW in early 2003. Before the end of the year, all 500 units had sold and there were plans to go with a 1,000 unit run and a supporting tour throughout the Southwest USA. As luck would have it, the Indie Label that had signed David Van Kleeck's Blues-Rock performance band "Dave Michaels Project" back in 1976, decided they were interested in signing CrossTown and re-recording this album as a new project.
